1. General Overview
Welcome to Evershine Diagnostics. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile
application, and all diagnostic services provided by the Evershine Healthcare group based in Mira Road,
Mumbai.
By accessing our platform or booking a test, you agree to be bound by these terms. "Evershine Diagnostics",
"We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the healthcare entity providing the service. "User", "Patient", or "You" refers
to the individual utilizing our services.
2. Booking & Home Collection
We provide diagnostic services through walk-ins at our Mira Road facilities and via home sample collection.
When booking a home collection:
- You must provide an accurate address and working contact number.
- Our phlebotomists will attempt to arrive within the chosen time slot, though slight delays may occur due
to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
- Fasting requirements (if any) must be strictly followed by the patient for accurate results. Evershine is
not responsible for inaccurate readings resulting from a failure to follow test prerequisites.
3. Report Delivery & Accuracy
All tests are processed in NABL accredited and ISO 15189 certified partner laboratories.
- Turnaround Time: While we strive to deliver standard reports within 6 hours and premium
reports within 4 hours, complex assays (like cultures or genetic tests) will take longer based on clinical
requirements.
- Delivery Method: Reports are delivered digitally via WhatsApp and Email. Physical copies
can be collected from our clinic in Mira Road.
- Clinical Interpretation: A lab report is not a diagnosis. We strongly advise consulting
with a qualified physician to interpret your results. Premium tier bookings include a free basic
consultation with our in-house doctors.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our patients and our
medical staff:
- Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled home collection slot are eligible for a 100%
refund.
- If a phlebotomist has already reached your location and the test is cancelled or the patient is
unavailable, a standard visit fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Privacy & Patient Data
Your medical privacy is our highest priority. All patient data, test history, and reports are encrypted and
stored securely.
We do not sell or share your medical data with third-party marketers. Your data is only shared with our
certified partner labs for the sole purpose of processing your tests. For more detailed information, please
review our separate Privacy Policy document.
